1 Egg
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Beat sugar and egg until well blended. Add peanut butter and mix well.  Using a teaspoon, drop cookies onto cookie sheet, flatten with fork in a criss-cross pattern.

Bake for 8 to 10  minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
